Jowers Auto Service

Jowers did a fantastic job with my Santa Fe when my air went out this week. 90+ degrees with an infant is just not feasible. After getting quoted $2300 at another company with a turnaround that threatened our ability to go out of town at the end of the week, Jowers beat the price, then still offered to try to work with my warranty company, then it done with time to spare. $324 later, I left with a full synthetic oil change, working air, and they even gave me a free new battery because mine wasn’t working. On top of all of that the air repair actually required the dash to get taken out and it was fully cleaned upon installation. So thankful for the entire team there.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Jowers. He was kind and personable even though he was healing from a knee surgery he received THREE days prior! 😱 I had two cars up there and he got them both serviced fast and for a reasonable price. I dont know how in the heck I went so long without knowing such a hidden gem was located less than 5 miles away from my house. Love to see a success family owned business thrive! Hope I dont have anymore car trouble anytime soon, but if I do I am definitely going back to Jowers!!

Honest mechanics are tough to find nowadays. Jowers is that needle in a haystack. My wife had her cars serviced there before we met, and it’s been the only place that I’ll go since I’ve been married. Fair prices by even better people. They’ve serviced each of my cars and they do a heck of a job at it without trying to upcharge or add on another problem to it. Definitely recommended.

Jowers is absolutely a class act and the best around! Stop searching for other repair shops, read this review... it will save you so much time, anxiety, stress, & $$$$ My son is attending FSU and had a noise coming from his front wheel. We called several national brands, choosing to instead work with a local shop with a strong online presence. Based on the sound, my son and I concluded that it needed a front wheel assembly, typically replaced on both axles at the same time, google says roughly $800-1200 to complete. Scheduled a next day appointment with Kyle, he was very friendly and easy to work with. After dropping the car off the next day, they concluded that the hub simply was loose and tightened it up... the best part, they fixed it for free! While I assume it was a rather simple fix, I have never worked with another shop with such honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness like Jowers. I am confident that any other repair shop would have simply done the repair and "fixed" something that didn't need to be fixed. When my son picked up the car, Kevin (who I assume is the owner) spent 10 minutes talking with him and his experience in Tallahassee. Having our son away at colle

Friendly, honest, kindest, welcoming folks who do take utmost pride in what they do and treat you with the highest level of respect as a customer. Very clean shop, honorable customer service from Kevin and Kyle, who both kept me updated along the way. I didn’t catch the name of the lady at the counter who took great care of me too, and spoke very highly of their 3rd generation family business. Fantastic job, solved every vehicular problem I had, in and out, less than one 8-hr day. They even keep their doors open til 5:30 so you can pick up after work. I expected it to cost much more for this job today, but that’s just a testament to: they charge you fairly, and you won’t be charged for unnecessary parts, labor, and services. Jowers is an extremely fair shop and I left happier every time, my car was in good hands. I’ve already told all my friends about them! Many thanks to the people at Jowers, and now knowing where to return to at any time in Tallahassee for terrific car maintenance and repairs!
